Bars + Food at resorts

Just looking at Bar Riva at the Riviera resort on the recommendation of another poster. It looks just the very type of place we love.
We’ve eaten at the lounge bars at Brown Derby (HS) and the Nomad Lounge (AK). We’re wondering if there are any other hidden gem bars at the resorts we could try. Not looking for full on dining, just interesting snacks/sandwiches/lunches.
Any ideas?

Try the Scat Cat’s Club at Port Orleans French Quarter (we haven’t been there since our last trip in 2019 but it was great then). Molly from All Ears has been there in the last month or two and posted a blog about it. We love the beignets!

The best Bar on property has to be at The Contemporary.

We love it and they do Bar Snacks and also you can order off the full menu from the adjacent Steakhouse71 Restaurant.

Sad to say although we used to go there 3 times a week and have twice this year we wont be back. Not because of the Bar but because the menu is not to our liking albeit others will love it. Well worth a look.

We loved Crews Club at Yacht Club as the service was great and they did nice truffle fries although drinks were standard Disney menu.

We did the Monorail loop and tried the Tiki Patio (Polynesian), Enchanted Rose(Grand Floridian) and the Outer Rim (Contemporary)

Enchanted Rose we hated - rude server who didn't even come back to our table for over an hour and we had to ask someone else to sort out our bill and the drinks were super expensive compared to other bars (which were much nicer) plus they no longer do the at table cocktails so was little point going.

Outer Rim was nice but standard drinks so nothing overly fun.

Trader Sams at Polynesian is where we were aiming for as this is a great experience. We couldn't get in and there was already a 4 hour waiting list (this was at 4pmish) so we decided to try the outside Tiki Bar instead which serves same drinks. We went on a Friday and they had a singer there too playing the ukulele. Would def recommend Trader Sams but if you can't get in try out here.

Previously I've enjoyed Abracadabar (Boardwalk) and Geyser Point all great little gems with non-standard menus

I totally agree about Enchanted Rose .
I was really looking forward to it and the balcony was beautiful.
The staff were all fawning over someone who had bought an expensive bottle of Cognac - we actually had to go to the till in the end to get our own bill !

Never changed from when it was Mizners sadly. Servers who think they are doing you a favour, so slow it’s painful to observe and nearly as entitled as the Servers at Narcossess!
Actually it’s worth sitting at the Bar to see how it can take 5 mins to make one drink!
