Stacking

Bit new to this but need a bit of advice.
So, if I have a day reservation for Animal kingdom, but want to hop after 2 to MK. So I go to AK and do some standby rides and have lunch

Can I use my time at AK there to stack MK rides for after 2pm before I actually hop there even though I only have AK reservation?

Hope that makes sense.

Certainly can. When you make a LL for MK attractions G+ will automatically allocate a slot after 2pm

Supplementary questions!
I’m assuming that Genie+ is linked to my MDE account so I can use it for my whole party (of 2!).

Genie + is not park specific, it just links to my tickets/MDE account for that day?

Sorry to ask such obvious questions but we are staying on site at Grand Floridian for an anniversary/husband’s big birthday day treat and want to make the most of it.

Yes you can manage bookings for anyone that you have linked your MDE account up to and yes Genie+ is for all parks not park specific.

Edited to add: As an aside, I didn’t really find I needed to, or more to the point, could, stack rides for MK anyway. There were only a couple of rides that get booked up and so have later afternoon slots available for stacking, namely Jungle Cruise and Peter Pan. So you could book these whilst you are at Animal Kingdom, otherwise I found the availability was on a much shorter time frame and it would have been too early to book most of the MK rides - as you may know, you can’t pick your times for later you need to take the next available. You would probably do just as well using Genie+ in both AK and then MK. Now if you were going to Hollywood Studios later, then stacking is the way to go.
