Agreed. The most boring film I have watched this year!

Sully - the one about the pilot that landed a plane on the Hudson river. Very good film

Mission impossible Ghost Protocol. Way too many subtitled dialogue bits, for a Sunday post lunch relax, and kind of a bit rubbish.

Everything Everywhere All At Once.

Or as one critic put it, 'Nothing Nowhere over a long period of time'.

Seriously, it was the most confusing mess of a movie I've ever seen. It tries to be some kind of Stanley Kubrick cerebral spectacle, but IMHO it was a hot mess. I will say that Michelle Yeoh is a tour de force and is amazing in the movie, but it definitely wasn't for me.

Elvis. We took my mil last night and I think I loved it as much as she did. So good.

Darkest Hour. Felt quite emotional at the end.
Don't know why, but I thought it would be a bit dull, it wasn't, quite stirring.

The spy who loved me - it’s on TV now.
Before the pandemic I prided myself that I’d never seen a Bond film all the way through.
Then ITV showed them each Saturday evening and I got hooked! I love them now, so much that we actually went to the cinema to watch the latest one. They’re hokum, but such fun!
