Guessing I’ll never see you walking around a park with a Turkey Leg then Tom?

We BBQ a lot at home - my singing & all dancing Webber is used a lot. Mainly by my partner who enjoys using the tools, probes and app - I love what he does but on holiday ? No bl00dy way do we go on holiday to cook our own food - we even have coffee delivered to the room rather than make our own substandard pot and a reason why we hated the melting pot.

As for walking around with a turkey leg - that made me giggle (euphemism)

In all my years on this planet I've never encountered anything so greasy, grisly and abhorrent.

Well maybe some people.

I tried a turkey leg in 1992, can still remember the layers of ligaments , makes me nauseous to this day, just thinking about it.

We don’t have one included on our villa but we can hire one but the problem is I think that it has to be for the entire trip not just an odd eve and that’s all we would need it for. If that as my son who is the BBQ expert doesn’t even know if he can get the time off yet!

I prefer my turkey dinner served with mash, stuffing and cranberry at Bob Evans on the fourth Thursday in November.

We have a dibb villa booked and will be hiring a BBQ from the management company when we get to the villa, friends that we are going with love a BBQ so he's happy to do it and our other friends who are staying down the road in another dibb villa will come over too. It will be cheaper and far easier than trying to get a table for 11 people and much more relaxing as I intend on sitting in the hot tub with a Seagrams while he cooks!
