FloridaTix Delay

Due to return in a few short weeks! Has anyone had any problems receiving their tickets from FloridaTix? I paid the balance nearly 2 weeks ago and have been told there are delays in getting the tickets from USA? We have been told 10-14 days, then 7-14 days, today 14 days. We are waiting for universal tickets. We have been offered E tickets but I do like having the good old paper ones. Any help appreciated.

No, we ordered a Universal 14 day ticket for my DD, paid the balance and it was here a few days later, that was around 3 weeks ago, it was much faster than they'd quoted.

We booked and paid for our Universal tickets with Florida Tix on 25th June, they arrived today.

I paid my balance for universal tickets back in may for our aug trip, took about 3 weeks for the tickets to arrive.

I got my KSC tickets from Florida tix about 4 days after i ordered

I bought Seaworld tickets with them and didn’t have a great experience.
I had constantly to chase everything from the confirmation e mail to receipt of the tickets nearly 3 weeks after I paid the balance and two e mails to chase
They always responded but were very slow and for that reason unless they were significantly cheaper I wouldn’t use them again

I paid balance and noticed on website it said 10-14 days normal delivery for them.

I emailed after about 8 days as I had heard nothing at all. They messaged back, saying dispatched and then I received the next day.

I've just been sent a QR code from Florida tix for Disney tickets - I've tried to link them to our magic bands but some of my party doesn't have a band yet - how do they gain access to the park with out a ticket? Just with the QR code?

Yes you can use the QR code on there phone or Apple Watch instead of the magic band itself

Also if you have time. you can collect tickets from the Customer service desk at Disney Springs, or the park themselves.
