14 day tickets only valid for 10 days

I booked 10 days at pop century, I added the 14 day ticket, as am meeting son who has DVC for the next 4 days at old key west. However on the Disney app my tickets are only valid for my 10 stay. Phoned Disney and they said I need to speak to the app technical department. I was on hold, for nearly 2 hours. It’s only saving
Luckily it’s a 0800 number. They answered and said it resort services who can change this and were supposed to be transferred but that did not happen and dropped out. So now on hold again…….

Where does it say in the app that your tickers are only valid for 10 days? Could this be connected to the ability to book items for the first 10 days of your trip?

It shouldn't be an issue. When you book tickets as part of a package, it's always shown in mde as valid for the length of your stay, but they still work after you move to another hotel. People have been doing split stays for years and their tickets always continue to work, despite the worrying and confusing info on MDE.

The date of validity are on the app under tickets says valid 6th to 15. So The app will not let me book park entrances past 15th.

You can choose to book park reservations under resort stay or theme park ticket. If you choose theme park ticket then it should be fine.

To use the ticket option you need a ticket number, that they don’t issue, just shows you have a ticket on app.
The DVC stay is shown on my plans.

Well it’s sort of sorted. They have had to manually put in our park days, From the 15th.
Will see what happen when we get there
Been 5 hours so Now opening some wine

I can choose the theme park ticket option and I have an on-site stay.
