Self Service Kiosks location - Alamo

Hi all,

I booked car hire through Expedia as found it much cheaper but can't do express only accelerated check in.

I've read there are self serve Alamo kiosks but not sure where. Are they in the main building or near the Alamo lot?

They are by the Alamo desks. Very quick and easy to use..

5 minutes last week then to the car another 5 min at the gate and we were off. Have your booking reference, drivers license and credit card ready at the machine.

Used them for the first time this trip. Very easy to use. If you’ve multiple drivers all you need is one person to use the kiosk and have all other peoples licenses. And have your credit card you used to book.

You’ll get a metre long print out that you show when exiting the lot

Was going to use them this week but there was no queue at the desk so didn’t bother.

Zero hard sell from the agent. It was quicker than the family behind who used the kiosk.

Do driving licences get scanned somehow at the kiosks?

Sorry for coming back to this I am a detailed planner and this is my only thing I don't know. :-)

Are the self service kiosks outside at the Alamo garage entrance, or inside the terminal please?

They are inside the terminal, just near the entrance to the queue lines for the rental desks
