Crystal Palace restaurant

Hi

Has anyone eaten at Crystal Palace (dinner) recently ?

I’m not bothered that the characters aren’t there. More just whether food is ok. Doesn’t look bad for $39 per head.

It’s a buffet from what i remember

We had lunch there last November. It was really nice. After tax and tip it was $99 for 2 adults

Think you only need to tip for the drinks as well so no big tip to add on.

We had dinner there in Feb I thought the food was really good. Certainly good value for a Disney buffet.

Any idea how long it will stay character free? Loved the food when we used to go with our daughter. But have a grumpy husband in tow now who doesnt appreciate hugs from Tigger!

Still need to tip for the drinks though like you would in the Golden Coral. What I was trying to say is you haven’t got to worry about adding on 18-20% to the bill.

I'm sorry, never heard that before re only tipping on the drinks. The custom is to tip on buffets too. The servers do just as much work as in a regular restaurant.
