Ticket Dilemma
We have booked our normal ‘near Christmas’ stay, for December22/January23.
We stay at LBV Resort & Spa for 12 nights. We would usually do 1 or 2 Disney parks at the most, and a few trips to Disney Springs. We mange to fill our time easily with shopping, eating and trips to Winter Park by train. However, husband has booked us a ‘surprise’ belated special birthday trip for April 2023 staying at GF for 10 nights with park tickets. I’m thrilled with this, but I’m unsure what to do re parks for the December trip now. Part of me thinks we should avoid Disney on that trip and maybe do a couple of Universal days and perhaps Gatorland. The other part of me fancies 1 or 2 Disney park days to ‘practice’ using Genie/ ILL First world problems, I know, but I’d value opinions.

How about purchasing MVMCP instead for December.
Sorry just checked dates for MVMCP and it might have finished by the time you are there.

I would, but we arrive too late, it will be finished by then.
The other option might be an ‘after hours’ ticket (we’ve done this in the past) but I think that would be unlikely late December/early January.

This might not work either but is there any chance the tickets your DH has purchased could be changed to an Annual Pass?

That might be worth investigating. I think they were booked as part of the hotel deal with Disney. I’ll investigate. TBH I’m not set on visiting parks on the Dec/January trip, but just wondered if it would be worth it for the Genie ‘practice’.
