Direct Disney Hotel Booking - Refund

Has anyone successfully managed to get in contact with disney and have this refunded?

I have called been told to email which I have done to 2 different addresses 3 weeks ago and still no response whatsoever.

We were due to stay 22nd April for 3 nights in 2 rooms.

Yes really quick and easy, it took about 6 days to get a response and once I confirmed I wanted to cancel I got an email through the next day confirming everything and then within an hour an updated invoice.

Put in the subject title your booking reference and date you are due to go.

Yes i had my deposit refunded for 9 june departure. Emailed in the morning and by 4pm same day had email from WDTC confirming cancellation and that deposit would be refunded with no admin charge. Received canx inv later that day confirming. What email address did you use?

We were due to arrive on 21st March and I emailed them on the 17th March to ask about refunds. They sent a generic email response immediately and then a separate email explaining about our refunds a few days later. We also received an updated invoice showing they had refunded our payment. However at present we have not received any of the money promised; they did say it could take 1-2 billing cycles which I looked up means 1-2 months! This was through DisneyUK. Make sure you put your booking reference and date in the title, when I tried to phone it did say to put urgent in the title if you were due to travel between certain dates (ours fell outside of this) but yours may now fall into those dates.

That the one I used they emailed me last Wednesday to ask me to call them back and the whole amount was back on my Credit Card by Friday.
