Hertz, some great prices for April 2022

I just looked at Hertz UK site for 2 week hire early April 2022, some prices are excellent. Someone much wiser than me has confirmed the last price is a good one. These are UK gold member prices which is free to join, even as a guest they are only slightly more. They have a Large Premium Sedan for £396, a VW Jetta size car for £345 and a Large Sedan for £371. The best price by a country mile is on the Prestige collection, Medium Luxury SUV

We have had that vehicle twice but from Alamo. Nice car.

Maybe not quite big enough for 4 in total comfort but at that price awesome.

Thanks for the heads up. 2022 prices are back to normal. Shame 2021 still aren’t.

Thanks for the nod. Do Hertz do a straight to garage like Alamo? Have used Alamo for a while now because of this after waiting in a queue for over an hour to pick up car from Hertz previously.

Hoping Alamo bring prices down to match.

Tried dummy booking with Gold Membership on UK site but keep getting error of invalid CDP number. Not sure why.

Thanks

Website not working for me, I can get a price as a guest but when I log in with membership details nothing happens when I click on 'get a quote'.

I booked ours through Hertz earlier at Miami Airport. £550 L4 medium 7 seater SUV for 15 nights. Was far cheaper quote than others I've had so far. Also says MIA has Hertz Ulitmate Choice where you can select your vehicle

Hi Im looking to book for August 2022. Have never done car hire before as always onsite. Is it possible to pick up a car at Universal where we are staying at the beginning of holiday and then drop at airport at the end
Also will ideally have one under 25 driver

If you want to pick up actually in Universal as opposed to down on I Drive you are limited to Avis as they are the preferred supplier.

But yes you can pick up there and drop at MCO. All Companies allow you to have different pick up/drop off locations.

I'm not sure if it's still the case but Budget used to be the best for 21-25yr old drivers.
