Help with rebooking a virgin flight ?

As virgin have emailed and cancelled our flight for the 12th June it offers a voucher a refund or a rebook ... under the rebook it says the following ... If your flight has been cancelled by us, you can choose an alternative flight under comparable transport conditions, on a date at your convenience, to get you to your final destination. Subject to the availability of seats in the cabin originally purchased, at no additional cost. ...
Does this mean we can for Example rebook next June in Upper class no extra cost ...it’s just that we got upper class for 1000 pound each we would never get a price like that again so that’s why I’m wondering if that’s what that means x

We had ours cancelled last week and had Upper Class as well, they wanted another £1600 each to rebook Upper Class but would give us a slight refund if we booked Premium Economy. Personally I wouldn't spend £5200 on flights to Florida.

Did you book your seats in the sale? Ours were, been cancelled twice (just had the email cancelling our return that was booked for 20 May

). We tried to rebook, no availability but keep checking. I asked if we would have to pay extra (miles) as we were due to fly in standard season but now it will be peak. She said so long as we flew by October - can't remember exact date as we hope to go long before then - there would be nothing else to pay. Presumably that was the last date to fly on the sale tickets.
Also, the first time they cancelled they gave us an upgrade voucher as an incentive.

Taken from a reply on Twitter from someone who was wanting to change their flight which had been cancelledon 30th June and wanted to change to 1st July.

Here is the latest information sent out by Virgin at 1630 - notice it was sent after the emails were going out

"We have taken the difficult decision to delay the restart of Orlando services from Heathrow and Manchester until 1 July 2021. We have also made changes to our Antigua, Grenada, Havana and Tobago schedules from Heathrow, which will now commence later this summer, and adjusted the Manchester – Barbados restart date. "

To update, rang virgin after researching new flights. Only on hold for an hour and October flights booked. Original flights total cost =£2400, new flights should have been £15,625😲 but no extra for us to pay!

All visibls on mmb with seats chosen

Thanks - hope we're able to travel long before then and I don't have to cancel a 5th holiday 🤞
