Disney hotel availability

I've noticed that from the 25th September for 2 weeks there's very limited availability of hotels. Obviously this is over the anniversary. Surely it's not that full already? I've never seen such limited availability.
I'm wondering if they're holding some rooms back or maybe they're about to announce a deal?

We've got CSR booked for October and its completely removed from the site for our dates (my guess is it sold out) and CBR only had pirate rooms left. I think its going to be a busy time of year! Especially with more people now booking 2021 trips now international travel is looking better!

Well of the 11 WDW DVC Hotels there is zero availability for those 2 weeks, plus not everything is re-opened- you still have both PO's closed,Poly re-furbed etc so I'd say yes it can be fully booked. I'd also guess that you have over 12 months of pent up demand.

Even limited availability on the Disney US site so the hotel may not be full, but what ever allowance they have sold has all gone. Im guessing they will release more as restrictions ease, but after seeing pictures during Easter, I would expect madness.
