Universal FOL pass

Going through some details of our (fingers crossed) July trip.
We are booked in at the Portofino with usual perks.
However, realising that Disney FP+ is currently not in use due to limited capacity I�m wondering if universal have adopted a similar policy and there is no express pass in use.
Any thoughts?

I'm pleased to say it's definitely operating. Planning two one night stays, RPR / HRH in September largely to get 4 days front of the line pass . If it happens at all that is

I was checking the US site as you posted and as you say it is in operation.

Express pass is still in force at all 3 premier hotels not sure where you have heard it isn't bit it's not true.

Some rides may not have express pass line working, for example hagrids and the new velocicoaster
