E-Toll receipts alternative web site

I am not sure if this has been posted before, just in case anyone is finding it a bit difficult to find out where their toll statement is. I tried to get my e-toll receipt and encountered a blank screen went to the help button and was informed that due to "On-going IT system restructuring" you have to go to htallc.com
which is the Highway Toll Administration web site, there you just click on your car hire company and follow the instructions, took me all of 30 seconds to get my statement up and printed..result !

As a follow on from Gasman66’s post.
I contacted the Highways Toll Administration through the contact us link on their homepage, this was on the 1st Nov regarding toll charges; they replied by the 3rd Nov & refunded my toll charges on the 5th Nov, now there’s efficiency for you especially when dealing with our friends! across the pond.
