Passive cooling system is what they will use it is a very good system,it will not just be a case of no air con means no cooling

That's correct. Well, they said it will be ready by Fall 2019, which could mean it's ready in September. So maybe 10 months from now?

They should have solar-powered aircon units on them.

They are also very noisy as they go past each tower, so if any of the towers are near any rooms they won’t be getting any sleep.

Apparently, it’s been confirmed that the gondolas don’t have aircon on them:

The type of gondola is the same as those used in Singapore, which only use passive ventilation:
