5000 is still a very small number compared to the average number of guests usually in the park (35000). The park will be fairly empty.

Thanks think it just seems like a large number if everyone headed for the same rides. Does anyone know if the queues are still likely to have lots of normal days visitors in them or do they close the queues off before park closing and how do they make sure all day visitors have left? Is it a wristband like at the Halloween and Christmas parties?

OK have read through and couldn't see an answer. We would like to go to MK on Feb.14th, the extra hours start at 9pm but is the entrance to the park 7pm for the Extra hours?
Thanks

Not read the whole thread but do these paid for evenings mean that EMH will no longer be offered?

It may seem like a large number but it really isn't. Plus, that's the maximum number of tickets - I don't think these After Hours events ever sell out. So the number of people actually in the park will be less than this.
From what I've read of the MK After Hours events (for example, see the earlier comment from salmon70), the queues have been no more than about 5 minutes long and many rides are pretty much walk ons. I guess HS might get longer queues because it has less rides.

Evening EMH is not being offered at HS and AK from now on (at least not until after May next year).
AK and HS will still have morning EMH. MK and Epcot will still have both morning and evening EMH. But no evening EMH at the parks getting these new paid events.

Thanks. Would think the 22nd December would be quite popular especially with the new Toy Story rides. Will just be disappointing if we pay loads then find there's big queues but I suppose if that happened we'd complain.
