Pencilled this in for lunch. Much Googling reveals we can't book in advance so will just walk in.

We ate there a couple of weeks ago and wished we hadn't. Service was very, very slow - so slow that we were visited twice by the robot and owner actors who tried their best when they realised we were cross at waiting for so long. 3 of the 4 of us had puddings but we should have had 1 between us all - they are very big and very sickly, definitely voted our worst dining experience of the hols

We've had wonderful meals there, and are going again for our wedding anniversary. Only downside is that we can't book in advance.

Does anyone know if you get priority seating here with staying onsite? We didn't even think to ask last year

Can't decide if we should drive down now as not sure we would get seated being 12 of us and wouldn't want to be waiting hours

We tried to get in here twice for an evening meal once told 2 hour wait once 4 hour.
We asked when was the best chance of getting a time below 2 hours and were told between 10:30 and 16:30.
We decided to got for a meal mid afternoon on the end as this was our only chance to get in.
Have to say the food is fantastic and the setting is brilliant.
Our first visit was just for a shake in the afternoon.
Not sure whether it will be better wait times when you go in 70 days or not.

We went last Tuesday at about 6 ish and had a wait of about 30 mins. We just went for a walk and looked in the Hard Rock Cafe shop! We were seated upstairs and had 2 milkshakes to share, 2 starters and a main meal each and then shared the Brooke's, cookies and cream for dessert. We all loved it! It was lovely food and a really unique setting and our server was very friendly and we started talking about some of the rollercoaster in universal. We saw jacques but not Penelope- she was downstairs and never came upstairs but I would definitely recommend! Especially if you are a chocolate lover.
When we came about about 8.40 ish the wait was 1 hr and 20 mins.

When we had the long wait times it was between 8 and 9 in the evenings.
Penelope came and spoke to us when we were having our milk shakes the first time we visited in the area to the left of the counter you order them from.
When we had our meal both Penelope and Jacques came to the table and were very good, very funny.

Here now. Walked in 4:30pm to be seated straight away. Table of 5 in a booth.
I'd say place is under 50% full.

UPDATE: 17:30 and every table appears to now be taken.
