Put a charge back claim in for flight only booking with Natwest visa Debit card on Mon 23 sept
Was told they would be in touch 7 -10 days from application received a text Mon 30 sept saying they will be in touch with an update by 14/10/2019😦

put my section 75 in on Monday 26 phoned again on 30th was told 7-10 days from the 23 still not heard anything so ill be ringing again tomorrow (I am with sainsburys)

Just discovered that I can’t raise my ATOL claim until the 7th!

Spoke to Tesco Bank who confirmed they won’t be refunding and that I’ll have to wait until the 7th to re-submit with ATOL. They have however, cancelled the full payment due to come out this morning and advised any interest charges or late payment fees will be removed.

It's not there on the mobile app but is if you log in on a PC. Unless they actually do not have a dispute setup for you.

I'm with Sainsburys. Have called twice but still no form. 'I'm in the system' doesnt help me much as I cant afford the £5000 to buy new flights..
