As of today, we've received a (temporary) credit on our MBNA credit card for our TC flights.

I say temporary, because we received a text saying "We've placed a temporary credit(s) on your credit card. The company has 45 days to challenge our decision. Should this happen we will contact you".

I'm not sure which company would challenge the refund?

Anyone had anything from Santander? I raised a chargeback claim on 23rd Sept for a debit card payment (deposit for DLP trip in February) and have yet to hear anything! I phoned them a week or so ago and they couldn't tell me a great deal either... !

I'm still waiting for my Natwest debit card chargeback, although when I called to chase on wednesday they did transfer me £60 compensation.

I’ve still not had my money back,from my flights only to goa.
This was with RBS using a debit card.
Should we be chasing or just be waiting to hear.

I would chase them, find out if it's been received and when they will be processing it.

I would chase. I got my flight money refunded whilst I was on the phone to natwest. I eventually had to speak to the complaints department and the guy I spoke to just apologised that it hadn't been actioned and did it there and then. They also gave me £60 compensation.

We booked through My Magic Holiday so our claim process was slightly different. We had to claim the £1000 credit card deposit back through Capital One and the rest that we had paid on debit card using an online form. We submitted it all this time last week and we had it all back yesterday. I was really impressed.

Isn’t NatWest & RBS the same company?
As since our RBS has closed down,I have to use NatWest for anything over the counter.
I will definitely chase today.

Well I chased them & they have given me a date of Dec 4th for an update.
They put £40 in my account as compensation,so I’m still waiting.
