Mobile Center parcs villages nature refund

Has anyone had any contact when booking direct with them ?
We was booked for the May 8 th bank holiday weekend and haven’t heard anything despite contacting them twice .
Also on their site the day about a voucher to use within 12 months ) atm only up till April ) but prices to re book are more than double do not worth the paper there written on ... where do I stand to get a refund instead ... are they allowed to only offer a voucher?

No point contacting them yet as their current closure is officially up to the 30th April.
If your staying after this date then at the moment you can either opt for a voucher for future stays or cancel under the usual T&Cs which will result in some financial loss.

It is almost certain that the closure will be extended and then you will be entitled to a full refund.

I have read somewhere French government have said hotels can give vouchers instead of refunds. I have a trip next month booked through hotels.com/Tesco vouchers for adagio hotel in val d Europe. I also have hipark in val d Europe booked for August. Both paid in full!
I don’t mind getting vouchers but would be looking at using them 2022 not next year.

The French government have issued Ordinance 2020-315 allowing companies to issue vouchers valid for up to 18 months instead of cash refunds.

At the end of the 18 months you’d be entitled to your money back if you didn’t use the voucher.

Oh that’s really good to know I was just thinking I would just lose the money if we didn’t use them! That’s great, I feel a bit better now lol

But what if you don’t live in France does this matter ? , this is a long time to wait for a refund if you don’t or cant rebook
