Help with downloading a particular podcast?

I’m not technical at all. There are a few podcasts on the absolute country radio app that I would love to be able to download to my iPhone and listen to on the plane.

I’ve had a Google, but that only told me how to download from Apple podcasts which these are not on. I’ve messed about on the radio app where the podcasts are (women of country through the decades so there’s 6 in the series I think). I can find them, I can listen to them but when I tap all the buttons I can follow the show or share them but can’t work out how to download them.

Can a technically minded person help me? Or is it just not possible with a podcast that’s not on Apple?

Full disclosure - I’ve never downloaded a podcast in my puff. Total newbie so idiots guide needed 😊
