Any recommendations for a tablet……

….for my daughter’s toddler when we go to Florida next year? We don’t want to spend a fortune but she needs to download a lot of stuff for the flight because we don’t think he’s going to like what TUI have on offer. Just wondering what others have done. Also I wasn’t really sure where to post this

I know lots of people recommend the Amazon fires for kids, but we had them for our 3 and I found them slow and difficult to navigate. We’ve always had iPads and the old mini is now back to being mine, and it’s so easy to download Netflix, Amazon and Disney content.

Thanks - she was debating the Amazon fire - I’ll let her know. I’ve got an old iPad mini somewhere - might have to try and dig it out.

Depends how much you want to spend.
I bought this iPad from Argos, for the price it's perfect and so fast unlike my iPad mini that is now three years old .

Wasn't a fan of the kindle fire when we got for our daughter a few years ago. Last Xmas purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab Lite which had a pen for drawing etc which she loves and can get all her fav apps on, fast, easy to use, (we are a Samsung family, no Apple in our house!) Was under £300 so reasonably priced depending on how much you were looking to spend.
