Bone
Jam
either with or without fruit.

I missed lunch today... I should not be reading this/thinking about this as I'm now starving!

Gone, yes and cherries, no

Don't have cream either, I like my fruit scones just buttered.

Definitely Bone (DH says Gone and we actually argue over this). Fruit plain or cheese just with lots of ‘tooth’ butter

If I am offered cream and jam it would have to be cream first but only clotted will do - I would rather just have butter than a sub standard cream.

Bone. Though weirdly when in plural i use gone
Prefer plain but will eat with fruit in
Jam then cream -you get a much more even flavour in each bite

100% Gone
I'd rather have Cherries or nothing!
Jam always first! you get a good layer of jam and then cream ontop!

I make scones everyday so I definitely don't want one right now

Scottish here so we have a drop scone or a bread scone
Drop scone / pancake is justvwaht it says it’s batter dropped on to a griddle
Griddle has an old saucer on it with a teaspoon of butter
When the butter on the saucer melts it’s use to greases the griddle and the drop scone pancake mix is dropped on when it bubbles you flip it
Oh the memories of hot drop scones / pancakes with fresh butter and home made strawberry jam ( I still I,sue jam etc )
A scone or tea scone as I know it
With gone
No fruit
Warm from the oven with unsalted butter
Cold with butter and a really good cheese
Jam and cream if going posh as we say
