Disability access universal

We will be looking into DAS at Disney with pre-registration but wondered if Universal do something similar?
We’re staying on site at Royal Pacific so will be using express for the most part, but for the rides without will likely need to still use AAP. Is this something that can be arranged pre-arrival or even at concierge services either within the hotel or at City Walk?

Yes - there was a phone number that you can call in advance to do this and they will give you a reference- sorry I don’t have it at the moment but someone else may be able to help. However as you still have to go to guest services to pick it up and link it to your ticket calling in advance doesn’t save any time as it is normally very quick to answe the standard questions.

Thank you, I will try and search out the number but if not it doesn’t sound to bad to sort at the parks

I emailed universal to ask this question, advised me to call 407 224 4233 (need 001 in front of no?) and option 5 within one month of your visit. Good luck, I’m going to try and call on Friday to do ours
