Luton airport..crowds, v early breakfast possible?

Hi we travel from luton soon. Our flight is at 6am so we are getting there at stupid o’clock.
I can see some places open early for breakfast at 3/4am so I’m hoping we can eat early…any experiences or recommendations?

Also be interested to know about crowd levels lately, even with such an early departure.

I haven’t flown in three years so just the airport itself is going to be a novelty !

We flew from there in May. Arrived at 4.30am and there was a queue for self check in with easyJet that took a while to get through. Security wasn’t too bad, maybe 15 minutes. There were a few breakfast options available and we chose Crepeaffaire which was good but very few seats and a constant queue. There didn’t appear to be many places to sit in the terminal but we ended up going straight to our gate after breakfast anyway so wasn’t too much of a problem.
