Plant based Disney

We're going to WDW in just over a week (Woohoo!). Last night I asked my partner what foods she was looking forward to on holiday. I was expecting something like hot dogs, burgers or chicken tenders (which would have been my answers). She said she was looking forward to some vegetarian options. She's not a vegetarian, but it made me realise how little I know of the plant-based Disney offerings. Rather than going through all the Disney menus pre-trip, does anyone have any suggestions that they've tried and liked, so I can surprise her with a little list for when we go? We're staying at a Disney resort, and will just be doing the Dis parks and maybe Disney Springs. TIA

Its not vegetarian. But theres is an instagram account called VeganDisneyworld who post about all of the vegan options. I think they also have a website.

There's the Veg Disney Facebook group which is useful too.

I really liked the plant based hot dog from Caseys and always found some decent options at buffets.

Plant based totchos at woodys lunchbox are amazing! Honestly one of my favourite plant based meals at WDW

My DD is a veggie, on our recent trip she really enjoyed the impossible burger in Sci Fi Dine in, Satuii canteen, the hot dog from Casey's wasn't such a hit! Breakfast at O'Hanas was another big hit for her.

Chef TJ is a must, currently at Cape May ( so will smell of fish ) but his Vegan feast is the best, at trials end he was outstanding (though saying that he was just as good at 1900 park fair )

I think at least one of the booths at Epcot Food and Wine is plant based (impossible foods) and there are other vegetarian options around the various other booths too!
