Circulation booster

Has anyone got one of those circulation booster things that you put your feet on , to stop your legs from being so heavy and ankles so puffy?
Are they any good ?

We have one, DD is a physio and recommended DH try it out. We have both had plantar fasciitis, especially after trekking around parks.
I've found it helpful to alleviate my occasional bouts of restless legs.
DH has recently returned to skating - 3 years off the ice and his first session back he stayed on for an hour and a half. A short session on the machine when he got in and he was surprised (and very happy) to get up the following morning without the expected stiffness or achy legs

Thanks for that , they are expensive but if they work then it maybe money well spent , my legs feel worse by the day. And good for your DH for skating, I used to skate when younger and DD used to compete...my favourite sport
