I got the castle band which has been in and out of stock the whole time I’ve been checking (daily from June until last week). I was on the verge of giving up as we go in a couple of weeks. Fortunately DS and his friend wanted plain coloured bands otherwise we’d have never got the ones everyone wanted!
Ae did the same and I ordered Galaxy's Edge and wife the castle! 22 days to go!

I like to plan way in advance so always worry

I can see what you mean and didn't know about the problems with them until i started this thread. I have ordered plain colour ones but tbh we aren't that bothered what we get. The kids want specific ones but i'm sure they will forget when i distract them with a huge cupcake.

Are the bands battery at all?
I assume we keep them at the end?
They do have batteries for the long range part (for memory maker and such) which lasts about 2 years but they can be used for close range stuff (payment and doors, etc...) for longer.

And yep, once you’ve collected it the magic band is yours forever (and you can use it on future holidays). We plan to take our older ones from last year with ya to use in water park days next summer and have the new ones when there’s less chance to lose them!
