I have previously received an upgrade at Mirage when we were getting married, a high floor with a view of up and down the Strip.
We also received a bottle of Champagne and 2 Champagne Flutes with the Mirage engraved on them.

At check in I just mentioned we were getting married whilst we were at the Mirage, the girl asked what day. That night when we got back to the Mirage the red light on the phone was flashing, rang front desk and they asked if we would be in the room for the next halt hour. They then brought up the champagne

Also got an upgrade in the Strat just by mentioning we were there for our Anniversary. That room was very nice indeed, a mini suite.

We also got an upgrade at Mirage to high floor strip view and that was on a comped myvegas room. The champagne was a nice touch., how lovely. I like Mirage. Good all round hotel and good location, and we found great staff.

Going to try for encore? Think you will need your posh voice there

Madison Ave is a bit bigger room...is it worth the extra $20 for you? How many nights are you staying? Next up is a spa suite. To be honest dont know that you would get that, so probably just the bigger room Just a guess of course .

We're staying 6 nights and to be honest I think I'll be quite happy with what we've booked, there's only the 2 of us so more space isn't really an issue. But thanks for the reply, and it's maybe something to keep in mind for the future.

I wouldnt bother either if I am honest. The rooms are nice enough and as you say you dont need the extra space. Hope you have a wonderful time.
