Early entry into Harry Potter through virgin

Hi we have booked a package deal through virgin, staying 1 week Disney, 4 days Clearwater, 7 days in a villa. When booking we receive early entry into Harry Potter for the week we are in the villa..as the villa is not an official universal property like the hard rocks I was wondering if anybody could shed some light onto how we will receive the ee tickets?
Thanks

Hi.

We stayed in a villa through Virgin in 2015. We were provided our EE tickets when meeting the rep at MCO on arrival.

Can imagine it’s still the same, however, I’m sure some more recent dibbers will advise if this has changed.

From memory it was standard when we booked. We book the entire package with virgin (ie villa, flights, car hire and park tickets). It’s was back in 2015 though. I would have a chat with virgin to confirm if still the case though.

When we landed and met the rep she handed us our pack and gave us a voucher for EE at this point. When you get to universal they’d roped off the area for HP and you just pass the voucher to the staff member at rope area and they let you through.

When we first went to Florida in 2017 and stayed at a Disney and an idrive hotel we qualified for EE and it was in a pack with some other things that we collected from the rep at the airport at the virgin desk.

We have just got back from a holiday with them again but we didn’t qualify for it this time as it is now only valid on villa bookings!

So anyway in answer to your question, you collect it from the virgin desk in mco.

We got our voucher from the contempo office where we registered it villa on morning 2.

We had only bought 2 tickets from Virgin for 2 people, buy she gave us a pass for 20 people.

We are a group of 20.

We booked our holiday through Virgin and she told us about the early entry to Harry Potter for two out of our 11 day stay. It was a nice surprise as I thought this was only for hotel guests.

It is for Virgin Holidays and only if you are staying in a Villa.
