Hi, planning our Aug 2020 visit.
Looking like I may have to do this on a Saturday. What's is like there on a saturday? Compared to mid week and compared to other major parks.
TIA

The good news is that generally, launches excepted, KSC is very good at crowd absorption. It’s a huge site so doesn’t feel especially busy even at Easter! Personally I’d aim to get there for opening and take the bus tour (Apollo) early then double back for the stunning Atlantis exhibit etc etc. There is plenty to occupy the day.

We have done KSC many times, and as tigger48 has laid out, that's a good way of getting around the site to see most of it, must admit we get there for opening on a Sunday but no problem crowd wise. At the Saturn 5 centre (what an experience) you will find a food outlet, also at the main site you have a fast food outlet at the Spaceport-Restaurant...and do not miss the Atlantis exhibition... all well worth the visit imo ...
