OP. Why not Hotpoint? I am an oven cooker person and I love my Hotpoint oven and hob.

We have friends bought a Hotpoint in the summer. Have had two problems with it and the HP customer service has been so bad that the retailer has taken it back to exchange it for another brand.
They couldn't even get HP out to look at it let alone fix it.
That would put me off.

My hotpoint double oven is not great either definitely wouldn't buy another. The heating element in the main oven blows every 12-18m. For whatever reason it often doesn't cook cakes evenly. No idea why always use the fan oven and it's a standing joke they are uneven and I bake a lot.
Hotpoint isn't what it used to be.

I have had 2 hotpoints in 7 weeks none of them would reach the highest temperature and also lost heat when food was being cooked went down to 180 degrees and stayed there. I’ve spent hours on the phone and waiting for engineers shame I used to like hotpoint. Thanks everyone I will look at all those suggested

I have two identical full size Bosch fan ovens love them can’t fault Bosch when I asked on on line chat why the oven door kept opening when it was on
Sent an engineer out next day unbelievably bothnovens had the same faulty seal that didn’t allow air circulation
Fixed in 30 min and a £250 Bosch voucher which DIL put to an upgrade in there new house appliances without an issue

I have 2 NEFF ovens the bottom one is hide and slide and top one is a combination microwave really like them both the top one heats very quickly love the plate warming setting

When we replaced our kitchen 12 months ago I was planning on having a double oven until I realised that the top oven was too small so I went for two single Neff ovens with the slide and hide doors, really pleased with them.
