That seems very expensive.
Is a flight to Tampa a direct flight for you or are you driving straight up to Orlando anyway.
I found flights to Tampa quite high. Isn't it cheaper to fly LHR to MCO with one stop in MIA or PHL cheaper both ways ?

I would normally agree with you. We have often done a stopover.. New York, Washington, Boston, Chicago, philli before now, but it will
be 3 years since we have been to florida that we don't want to 'waste time' elsewhere. We will probably have to up our budget for flights to get to Orlando next year, which is obviously why they can charge what they want with saps like us🤣🤣

I haven't looked at flights for a week or so.
Last time I checked my flights/hotel BA booking had went up around £300.

I've just looked. 😱😱
My exact flight times etc. Up by £2480 for our party. What the heck. When I was booking I thought the price I paid was steep. Crikey.

Hello, i'm getting around 3k for Man - LHR - Miami for 2 adults 2 children in august. I usually pay no more than 2.5k for us all indirect to MCO in the easter hols. Do you think hold on, or does this sound right for this time of year/ current times. Also, how much has everyone paid for their insurance with covid cover?

You could always lock in via doing a custom trip with BA and only paying a deposit

Can you cancel at anytime with their flexible ticket? Is that what you mean? (i.e book a new flight if price comes up better and cancel old flight / package?)

You can do a couple of different things

If you've booked from 3 March 2020 onwards for travel due to be completed by 31 August 2022 you can
Change your dates
Change your destination
Get a Vouchers which must be used by 30 September 2023 (departure and return).
All just for a deposit that's likely to be £200/£250 for 4 people

I'm look at flying into Orlando indirect and out of Miami direct. Though prices from Miami seem about the same as direct to Orlando. Am I missing something?

We've booked this week as prices kept creeping up. We are flying into Miami and rather than driving back down we are getting a flight down to Miami. It worked out almost the same price as in and out of Miami bit we don't plan on having a car for the whole trip. We are flying from Manchester too, so already doing indirect. We've paid £150 deposit and can change certain things on the booking, but if its a significant drop in price we'll cancel and rebook, just losing the deposit.
