Despite having eaten and replaced the Advent chocolate a couple of times on Monday I bought a tub of Cadbury Heroes for Christmas.

Today I had a sugar craving and didn't even open them. (I opened the cupboard and then shut it again.

So proud of myself ...

for now

It's going to take some self control not to have a little nibble before the big day.

I stopped eating chocolate on 31st March, but Christmas and in particular Hotel Chocolat has been a bit too tempting. I plan to do a full year chocolate free next year... Maybe...

I was also doing really well this month with no chocolate so far and then had my advent calendar day 1 about 10 minutes ago!

Ah don't worry about it. It's fine in moderation. I've lost 7st over the last 18 month and have had chocolate every single day. Couldn't have done it without a daily chocolate fix! Just have a couple per day but if you can't stop once you start, don't open them!

I didnt buy any wine when I went to the supermarket tonight. I did buy myself an orange yorkie as not seen those before... but I havent eaten it!... maybe I need to see a Dr... 🤭
