Dr.JJ’s Dining Report Nov '21 *Now Complete*

When our table was ready we moved next door into the restaurant and ordered an

old fashioned (L) Via Di Fiori (R)

Bread and dipping oil

Mussels

Arancini

Both excellent starters

For mains P went rolled lasagne

And I had Osso Bucco

The food and service were spot on, this is probably my favourite BW restaurant with FF being closed at the moment. A great night made even better by the hugely entertaining couple from NJ on the next table who chatted to us throughout the meal, who I will never forget, as the dear lady told us (and most of the surrounding tables - NJ folk are loud) that hubby had upgraded from a 20ft boat to a 40ft’er as he didn’t like watching her pee in a bucket on long excursions

That meal at Trattoria looks great. Never had tea there before but I’d definitely try it on your pics.

Trattoria looks good. Sounds like a great evening with good company and fun conversation. We havent got Trattoria booked, but I might just look to book!

We had dinner booked at The Trattoria and called in next door at Abracadabar for a pre dinner cocktail. The way the staff were shaping it was touch and go wether we got them before dinner or in time for breakfast but they finally arrived.
