I made this a couple of Christmases ago, it was amazing! I ate most of it myself because DH isn't too fond of mint chocolate, well that and the fact that I'm greedy... I did buy the ingredients to make it last year, but forgot so I still have the candy canes, although I'm fairly sure we ate the chocolate at some point. Note to self - get some more chocolate.

Costco update... none in the Milton Keynes warehouse today unfortunately

If I remember rightly it didn't appear till much later in December, may have even been after Christmas... probably what didn't get sold in the States!

They definitely had it early December in 2019 but didn’t see any last year so must be hit and miss.

I made this last year and ended up eating it all myself as family didn't like it 🙈
1 question though, once choc was melted, how do you stop the choc going funny when you add the peppermint essence? Mine went weird and lumpy and I couldn't spread it on the dark choc. 😔

I really struggled with candy canes last year too. This year I spotted some in Poundland...I picked up 3 boxes
