Gatwick PCR

Sorry if this has been asked but I'm struggling to find information.

What PCRs are people doing from Gatwick, ideally one by foot. Or ones that can be waiting and home, but with results within 24hrs?

My sister is arriving next week, having only met my daughter once before in 16 months so desperate to see her as soon as we can 😫.

Express test do 2 day PCR at Gatwick and results by 10pm the next day. We used them in the summer at Birmingham Airport but a fit to fly PCR and the results came back with 24 hours of the test being done.

Not sure when your sister arrives but have you seen the rule changes from 4am 7th that you need a negative test BEFORE travelling to the UK?
