You also need to make sure the test meets the requirements

Type of test

The test must meet performance standards of ≥97% specificity, ≥80% sensitivity at viral loads above 100,000 copies/ml.

This could include tests such as:

a nucleic acid test, including a PCR testa LAMP testan antigen test, such as an LFD (lateral flow device) test

You must check with your test provider that the test meets the standards. You may not be able to travel if it does not.

No, we previously used their location on the 192 which they’re no longer advertising so is presumably no longer there.

Well I've booked covidtestingllc

At their 33 Street site tomorrow. From pictures on Google this is a drive thru, which suits us fine. I input passport number where they ask for ID.

If I were in this bind, I’d buy this the DocHQ test:
Antigen Consultation - Already have your own test kit. £10 per person + £15 Video Consultation

…and then separately obtain a test kit, somewhere in Orlando, from their very large list of approved tests.

Flowflex is on there as an approved provider, so how would they know if you took an NHS kit and popped it inside an individual Flowflex box… not that I would consider such a thing ;-)

I was going to suggest the video consultation with DocHQ too. Here is the link, scroll down to ‘Fit to Fly Antigen Consultation’

dochq/shop

It may be possible to buy a pack of 2 LFTs from Walgreens/CVS as long as they are UK approved. Hope this helps.

There is an advent health centre 2 miles from pop century. Wonder of they would issue a certificate? Do you need your passport number on it?

Do you need a passenger locator form number or is the day 2 one fine?

What a nightmare. We’re currently at SSR, and have no idea how to get the pre-departure test. We don’t have a car, and have never used Uber - not even in the UK. Live in the “Disney bubble”.

I read the requirement as two days before travel, not 48 hours, what do others think? We fly home on Friday, so that would mean we can test any time on Wednesday onwards?

I was looking at Advent Health Lake Buena Vista, but their website is very light on detail, may have to call them.

I’ll be following others’ progress, and will update if I manage to find anything.

Good luck everyone.
