Yes same for me, of all the supermarkets I have found Morrisons to be the most reliable and best with product availability, no silly substitutions !

Agree with you on the no silly substitutions although recently we have had Walkers Salt & Vinegar crisp as a substitute which for us are the worst ones

I found it depends also on the store rather than just the Supermarket. Morrisons for me from the depot was excellent, no subs/missing items. However this changed to the Morrisons delivery from the local store and every week, numerous subs.😕
Switched to Tesco and probably 1 sub/missing item a week which I can deal with😀

We had exactly the same experience with Morrisons. Once they moved to store deliveries the service standard plummeted. Thankfully they have recently reverted to deliveries from the warehouse and it's so much better 😄

I stopped getting the delivery saver after not getting advance notice for delivery slots the last 2 Christmas in a row, the website wouldnt allow me to book even though I had been a delivery saver customer for several years. I havent had any deliveries from Tesco since and swapped my allegiance elsewhere !

I have given feedback to Tesco in the past about their Xmas slots. I am not sure if the other supermarkets are the same but there is no loyalty. I have been a delivery saver for probably 10 years, the same loyalty is given to someone who signs up to delivery saver the day before slots are released. Its all about money.
