Anyone been on anthem can advise me.

Going on Anthem for a 5 nt cruise Wed 20th, on Royal Caribbean site it says 1 formal night, on my cruise planner it says 2 formal nights. If you have been on the 5 night cruise was their 1 or 2 formal nights.?

Hiya,

Its usually one formal on a 5 night (well it has been on other RC ships we’ve been on)!
royalcaribbeanblog/2...ribbean-cruise

Anthem is a beautiful ship. We did a 9 night in the Caribbean on Anthem in 2018 and had an amazing time.

Enjoy!

We’re on the 5 night after you. From what I’ve seen it should be 1 formal night but many people seem to be dressing up on multiple evenings anyway.

We're on that too - the planner on the app says 2 formal nights.

PCR test done today - can't wait for Tue (driving down to Southampton for the night)

See you on board!

You will have an amazing time am sure, I just got off her, still got my sea legs.

Ours was 6 nights and there were 2 formal nights, about 75% dressed up in the main dining room, but we saw T shirts and jeans as well, the second formal night had less dressed up.

Where on the planner does it show the formal nights please?

We’re onboard next Monday, need to start getting organised.

We went in August for the 6 day cruise, there were 2 formal nights, first formal was day 2, some people were very dressy, some smart, some casual.

Before we boarded there was an entry in the planner for formal photo sessions. When we got on board that option disappeared.

On Board now - only 1 formal night (2nd night).

Loving it, different to Disney.

Hi, if you go to hints and tips bar you can select each day, I'm on board now and formal nights are/were night 2 and 4, you need to scroll through to see the attire for some days.

Note for those that worry, the attire listed is OPTIONAL, wear what you want within reason, ie casual no shirtless or shorts etc, you won't be denied entry to the standard main dining if you have jeans and a t shirt. Each to their own.
