I can really recommend my friend Lisa who makes amazing cakes. She has made a lot of wedding cakes for Dibb members who got married here..and Birthday cakes too. PM if you'd like her details.
Her website is lisadcupcakes (She does much more than cupcakes!) Here is a photo of an 'Angry Birds' cake she made for Dibb member's son for his 6th birthdau. She made it from photos (she hadn't heard of Angry Birds) when she was just starting out about 9years ago.
