They probably have you caught then, if you had taken a refund not a rebook the first time you would most likely have had no issue getting your cash back.

Now though all rebooked travel will have a clause sayign no refunds only (at most) a rebook to different date

Which TBH I understand, the travel industry can't keep refunding , changing and taking financial losses

I’m confused as to why he’s not vaccinated as it’s been booked for so long ?

He’s 15.. so only has had 1 vaccine, Spain changed the rules and will not accept entry to anyone without double vaccination unless under the age of 12.

Sadly I think voucher / change is your only option.
We had Canada booked for this October but then Canada announced restrictions for unvaccinated kids so was pointless going with dd and BA would only allow a voucher.
I also agree some people are being harsh, probably ones who haven't been in the same situation.

Edited at 05:24 PM.

Why would you be confused that a child isn’t vaccinated fully or at all?

Thank you, I did feel some of the replies were rather abrupt. I paid just under £3K for this holiday, do you think TUI would allow a change for flights only - I could amend for Orlando 2023 flights?

Oh wow I didn't know this, crazy as we haven't been double vaccinating that age group.

Starts tomorrow, hence the reason I’m questioning a refund, I would rather go the holiday to be honest. Out of a party of 9 my 15 year old is the only one who can’t travel.
