They give them their own training regardless of whether they have a lifeguard qualification or not.

They have to be at Uni to apply, it’s through Yummy jobs, they also do the Disney Culteral representative programmes. (Although they’re not running again yet).

I remember years ago on here someones daughter went over to work there and they were in housekeeping. What stuck in my memory was that they said all of the training/briefings were in spanish.

DD did Disney’s ICP, gosh ten years ago, and was a lifeguard at Typhoon Lagoon. He will love it 😊
