Four beds or three (one for mum&dad and one for each child)?
We stayed at the Hilton Union Square for our four nights in SF and it suited us fine. Great location, outdoor pool and a funky bar on a high floor with fab views over the city. We had a suite which allowed each of the kids to have their own bed, with another for the adults. |

The Hotel Riu gets very good reviews, is close to Fishermans and seems to tick all the boxes that you require.
I have three times had to cancel vacations involving SFO since Covid struck and booked the Riu on two of them. I have booked it a third time for October 2022!

We stayed in a 2 roomed suite at Columbus Motor Inn. We had a King bedroom then the other room had 2 doubles.
It was clean, large, included free parking, a bit old fashioned but well located. Not too expensive either. Have to book direct (well did in 2017) wasn’t on booking dot com.
