Agrabah is one of those options some people love and others don't. If you like Middle Eastern food it's great. Particularly also if you have vegetarians in your party. If you have any picky eaters though, not so much. Although the creamy chocolate sauce they serve is amazing with ice cream!
Also check closing times - like many of the in-park restaurants they can often close very early, sometimes the last sitting can be 3pm.

We ate in Plaza Gardens last night. It was really busy but not chaotic like some buffets. We weren't on any dining plan and just did a walk in before the show which was excellent.
