We are experiencing an extraordinary high volume of calls. The call volume is interfering with critical emergency calls in our region. We are therefore asking you to delay calls to next week, even if your stay was planned to start in the next few days. They have now set up a form on their website for folk to cancel over the internet, rather than trying to ring them.

I sadly bit the bullet (cleaned it first, though!) and cancelled yesterday. Awaiting confirmation by email from them.
