Any idea how I apply for a refund on my DVC Annual Pass. Can you do this online?

Don't think you can do it online, it'll be a call to guest services.

I rang up Disney on their 0800 number for parks and tickets, as the only number I'd seen for refunds was US and I didn't want to pay international call costs. They transferred me to relevant section, 10 mins wait. They asked for email and phone contact details and said someone would be in touch to arrange refund, but it would be nearer the time of Parks reopening as they currently don't know how long to refund for.

I Used Zip calls, its an 0345 number so included in my free mins on my mobile, from there I used the number on the official statement Disney put out, the 407 no, they still had to transfer me though, but it took about 15 min all in.

How much is coming back? I�m hoping they�ll do something like universal and with international visitors allow it to start running again next trip?

I would have had to renew mine in December, with the extension I will be able to use it for December and renew in February, will be 3 trips out of it if I get to go so will have been worth it.
