How do I advertise points for rent?
Hi all
I would like to rent my DVC points out but when I go into the rental bit here it says I need to be a pass holder. The link in the rules bit is invalid. Any ideas? Thanks Lisa |

You need to sign up and be a passholder (£25 I think), then it will let you rent.

Good chance of renting to US market at the moment too, as DVC rentals are now extremely coveted as it's the only way to reserve on site!

If you want to do it direct try the dvc Facebook pages, if not through David’s.
I posted points last year, reservation wanted within 2 days and money (70%) the day after

I've done it through David's before, but also there is DVCapp currently offering close to $16 per point. Only thing to consider with agencies is the fees.
I've done it direct on here to UK guests and all worked perfectly, similar set up might be found for US guests. Even some UK people might book at the moment. |

I’ve rented our points on here before but just wondered about the uncertainty for U.K. renters.

I have rented out points on here and also via David's, which is based in Canada and therefore not liable to get involved in any tax issues.
I would also be interested in using other companies but I have heard that those based in the USA have to get involved in the tax side? Has anyone on here had any experience of this?
