Lots of contracts becoming available
Been reading on one of the Facebook groups that I follow that a lot of resale contracts have been coming on the market. I'm sure this is the start of things to come and wondering if the prices will drop even further in time?

There was plenty of speculation pre- C19, that the US bubble was about to burst in spectacular fashion- Us banks are currently on 0% so nowhere to go other than Quantitative easing & post C19 may be a big wake up call! The downside at the minute is the low FX rate, most savings will be off set by $1.20
 Also expect a complete turnaround on Riveria restrictions  Personally I think I will wait & see what travel prices are going to be like post C19 as no point in having another contract if it's going to cost an arm & a leg to get there!  SD

Awesome resorts to stay at but too high risk to own at as we have seen ref the roof damage by Hurricanes. Annual Dues are steep!
